NEWKOTE 101 EP WB is a 2-component coloured environment friendly rapid curing hybrid water-based epoxy coating in gloss
finish designed with excellent adhesion on dry and damp surfaces. It has been modified with polyisocyanate thus inherits hybrid
water based polyurea similarities.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS

NEWKOTE 101 EP WB is used as a rapid curing coating for the floor and wall in residential, commercial, institutional, and
industrial environment. It has a very short overcoating time and can be opened for full traffic as early as 4 hours. It is an ideal
product for fast turnaround projects or maintenance of existing facilities such as busy production floor or car park decks where it
doesn’t allow for long shut down period.
